Then go to pixellab app and click to My Projects or Open PLP. This is not the folder where your synced files are located, but just the folder where Dropbox stores your settings enter 'HOMEPATH\Dropbox' in the location bar if you want to double-check that your files are still present. Now select another program and check the box 'Always use this app to open. Open Explorer and enter 'APPDATA' in the location bar. ![]() If nothing works, then most likely Dropbox is down. , right-click on any PLP file and then click 'Open with' > 'Choose another app'. Additionally, go to your antivirus and firewall settings, and add to the list of approved websites. Then ensure your date and time settings are correct. (Edit: Fixed: There's also a current issue that can prevent you from deselecting the 'team_mber' scope if your app uses the "app folder" access type. In that case, you'd need to remove any team scopes to connect the app.Īlso, note that the 'files.permanent_delete' scope automatically requires the 'team_mber' scope, so you can't use 'files.permanent_delete' from a non-team account, and so enabling the the 'files.permanent_delete' scope will also cause that. ![]() Regarding the "You must be a team administrator to perform this operation" error: That indicates that you selected one or more "team" scopes, which can only be authorized by a team admin, but you're not an admin on a Business team. ![]() (thats why it is working for 'non Dropbox app installed' iOS devices. So, you'd need to process the authorization flow (either the OAuth flow or using the "Generate" button) again to authorize an access token with any newly enabled scopes, as you attempted. if 'dropbox' app was already installed, then it wont proceed to show the 'Authentication screen' if 'dropbox' app was not installed, then there is no problem.(it shows the Authentication screen)-> i followed exact steps which you guys are described in the tutorials. Note that just enabling a particular scope for an app, via the App Console, does not retroactively add authorization for that scope to existing access tokens though. Regarding the 'missing_scope' error: You're correct, the app and access token need the particular scope required by the route in order to access the route.
